Miller's Bake Shoppe uses only the finest fresh ingredients for their baked goods. And, as you can see from the photos, they do everything by hand. No pre-made, frozen pie dough here. Everything is baked fresh on Wednesdays before the store opens for business on Thursday mornings. And, then, they continue to bake Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays to replenish stock.
